Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services and products provided by MA Med Aesthetics, located at 17 Johnston Street, Blackburn, BB2 1ES, hereinafter referred to as "the Clinic," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing or using any services, products, or information provided by the Clinic, you ("the Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read and understand this Agreement before proceeding.
1. Services Offered
1.1. The Clinic specializes in providing aesthetic treatments and procedures, which are purely for aesthetic/cosmetic satisfaction. These treatments and procedures are not for treatment of any injury, disorder or disease.
1.2. All services are provided by qualified and trained professionals who adhere to industry standards and guidelines.
1.3. Our staff who are healthcare professionals are not providing medical advice/treatment as they would in a healthcare capacity. The sole purpose of all treatments and procedures is purely for aesthetic/cosmetic purposes.
2. Consultation and Treatment
2.1. Prior to any treatment or procedure, the Client must undergo a consultation session. During this consultation, the Client's medical history, expectations, and suitability for the treatment will be assessed.
2.2. The Clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment if the Client is deemed unsuitable or if it poses potential risks to the Client's health.
2.3. The Clinic will provide the Client with information about the treatment, including the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and any aftercare instructions.
2.4. The Client acknowledges that the results of any treatment may vary depending on individual factors, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process, including medical history, allergies, and any medications or supplements being taken.
3.2. The Client agrees to follow all instructions and advice given by the Clinic regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment care, including any necessary aftercare procedures or products.
3.3. The Client understands that failure to disclose relevant information or to follow the Clinic's instructions may result in adverse effects and releases the Clinic from any liability in such cases.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The prices for services and products provided by the Clinic are displayed on our website or provided upon request. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) and include any applicable taxes.
4.2. Payment for treatments and products must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Clinic.
4.3. The Clinic reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments that have already been booked and confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done within a reasonable time frame, usually at least 48 hours in advance.
5.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to pre-pay for future appointments.
5.3. The Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the Client in a timely manner and offer alternative arrangements.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. The Clinic respects the confidentiality of Client information and complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
6.2. Any personal information provided by the Client will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and products, as well as for administrative and legal requirements.
6.3. The Clinic will not disclose the Client's personal information to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law or to protect the Clinic's rights, property, or safety.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1. The Clinic and its employees will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services and products. However, the Clinic shall not be held liable for any damages, injury, loss, or expense incurred as a result of the treatments, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.
7.2. The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects or complications arising from the Client's failure to disclose accurate medical information or to follow the provided instructions.
7.3. The Clinic does not guarantee specific results from any treatments or procedures and cannot be held responsible for variations in outcomes.
7.4. The Clinic is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings brought to the premises by the Client.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By accessing or using the services and products provided by the Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using our services and products.
